What is this role?
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a junior-level position perfect for an energetic and motivated individual who wants to kick-start their career in SaaS sales. You will work in a fully remote capacity, helping us execute our commercial strategy by identifying and engaging new prospects to build a scalable pipeline for our account executives.
What will you do?
- Identify potential clients and decision-makers by researching their specific business needs and pain points to ensure a strong product fit.
- Proactively reach out to prospects through various channels, including calls, video meetings, and email, to schedule high-quality appointments for our sales team.
- Manage and track your entire sales pipeline within our CRM while collaborating with marketing and sales colleagues to refine our outreach strategies.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have a natural commercial instinct and a fearless approach to outbound prospecting. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working toward specific objectives. You must be proficient in both English and Spanish, as you will be communicating with clients across different markets. While not required, previous experience in sales development or working with tools like Pipedrive is considered a significant bonus. We value candidates who can multitask effectively and maintain a high level of energy in their daily work.
