About the Role
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative for a full-time position. In this role, you will work hand in hand with our Account Executives to identify and secure opportunities across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise sectors. You will be responsible for the initial stages of the sales cycle, which includes finding high-quality prospects and demonstrating the unique value of our platform to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our Account Executives to qualify leads and build a robust pipeline of demos through strategic outbound efforts.
- Execute effective prospecting strategies using LinkedIn, cold calling, and email outreach to secure meaningful meetings with target accounts.
- Research potential clients to provide valuable insights to our sales and marketing teams while maintaining a high standard of service throughout the customer journey.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, we look for candidates who possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience in outbound prospecting, including a track record of success with cold calling and digital outreach.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey our value proposition clearly across various channels.
- A resilient, results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive while working in a remote environment.
- A strong desire to learn new technologies and adapt to the fast-paced nature of a startup.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred for this role.

This is a remote position, and we are happy to consider applicants located anywhere within the United States.
Compensation and Benefits
We believe in transparency regarding our pay structure. The annual base salary for this role is $45,000 USD, and with our uncapped commission structure, the on-target earnings reach $65,000 USD. In addition to your salary, you will receive equity compensation as part of your total package, and you will enjoy the flexibility of working in a remote-first environment.
