Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position based in Germany, though you should be prepared to travel up to 20% of the time across the EMEA region for industry events and trade shows.
Your impact
- Drive our pipeline by researching target accounts and executing personalized, multi-channel outreach to secure discovery meetings for our Business Development Managers.
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound leads, conducting discovery calls to understand customer pain points and qualifying them for our sales team.
- Collaborate closely with our Sales and Marketing departments to execute targeted campaigns and manage follow-ups from industry events.
What you'll need
- At least 1 year of experience in a B2B sales or SDR role with a proven track record in outbound prospecting.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong technical proficiency with tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales enablement platforms.
- Native-level German and professional English communication skills are essential.
- A proactive, curious mindset and the willingness to travel for field events.
