Role at a glance

We are looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position based in Germany, though you should be prepared to travel up to 20% of the time across the EMEA region for industry events and trade shows.

Your impact

Drive our pipeline by researching target accounts and executing personalized, multi-channel outreach to secure discovery meetings for our Business Development Managers.
Act as the first point of contact for inbound leads, conducting discovery calls to understand customer pain points and qualifying them for our sales team.
Collaborate closely with our Sales and Marketing departments to execute targeted campaigns and manage follow-ups from industry events.

What you'll need

At least 1 year of experience in a B2B sales or SDR role with a proven track record in outbound prospecting.
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
Strong technical proficiency with tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales enablement platforms.
Native-level German and professional English communication skills are essential.
A proactive, curious mindset and the willingness to travel for field events.
