We are currently looking for a motivated individual to join our UK and Ireland team as a Sales Development Representative. What you bring

This full-time, junior-level position is based in the United Kingdom. As an SDR, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our prospective clients, focusing on proactive outreach to drive our commercial growth. You will utilize your skills in networking, cold calling, and lead generation to expand our market presence. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Driving outbound prospecting by cold calling targeted decision-makers to initiate new business conversations.
  • Generating and qualifying leads through various channels, including phone, email, and LinkedIn, to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Booking high-quality meetings by identifying the specific challenges and priorities of our potential customers.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders. We are looking for a candidate who is a clear communicator, thinks on their feet, and adapts easily to new situations. You should be naturally resilient, capable of maintaining a positive mindset under pressure, and highly self-motivated. While not required, previous experience in the cybersecurity or technology sectors, along with familiarity with industry terminology, will be considered a significant asset. Proficiency in English is essential for this role.
