Role at a glance
We are searching for a Senior Sales Development Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere in the world. You will be a key player in our growth engine, working closely with our Account Executives to build a robust pipeline and shape our outbound sales strategy.
Your impact
- Identify high-potential businesses and execute outbound strategies to bring them into the Chili Piper ecosystem.
- Design, launch, and test new lead generation channels while determining the best ways to scale your efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build the foundation of our sales organization and consistently hit your activity goals.
What you'll need
- At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally within the technology sector, with a proven track record of high performance.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills in English.
- An active and engaged presence on LinkedIn.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and troubleshoot problems creatively.
