The role

We are looking for a Junior Sales Development Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in Canada, where you will be at the forefront of our mission to change how manufacturers operate worldwide. You will focus on connecting with high-value prospects and opening doors at industry-leading companies, playing a vital role in building a robust, qualified pipeline alongside a motivated sales team.

Core responsibilities

  • Identify and engage strategic accounts and marketing-qualified leads through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualify leads and secure meetings with key decision-makers to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Partner closely with our Account Executives to develop effective account strategies and ensure a seamless transition for every qualified opportunity.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should bring a proactive mindset and a genuine hunger for professional growth. We look for the following qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS or software industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with French being a significant asset.
  • Comfort with cold calling and the ability to spark curiosity through various channels like email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency with modern sales tools, specifically Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • A curious nature, an eagerness to learn our platform, and the empathy required to adapt to different prospect needs.
