The role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join us on a full-time basis. This is a junior-level position that is perfect for a self-starter who is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. Because this role is fully remote, you can work from anywhere while collaborating with our team to drive our expansion efforts.

Core responsibilities

  • Drive our growth by managing all inbound inquiries from our website and social media, while simultaneously executing outbound prospecting to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Build a deep understanding of our lead generation process, ensuring that every prospect is nurtured through consistent follow-up calls and emails before being transitioned to the Director of Accounts.
  • Maintain high standards of performance by consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and keeping our CRM system updated with accurate, high-quality lead data.

To succeed in this role, you should be a goal-oriented and metrics-driven professional. We value candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • A strong interest in learning the nuances of the e-commerce, fulfillment, and logistics industries.
  • Proficiency in lead generation strategies, including cold calling, email marketing, and social media engagement.
  • Experience working with CRM software to track progress and manage prospect pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, allowing you to effectively engage with potential clients.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
