We are currently looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join us on a remote, contract basis and help us expand our reach across North America.

What you'll be doing

• Lead Generation and Prospecting: You will research and identify high-potential companies and decision-makers using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build a robust pipeline.
• Outbound Engagement: You will conduct high-volume outreach through cold calling, email, and social channels to secure qualified meetings for our senior sponsorship sales team.
• CRM and Pipeline Management: You will keep our records organized in HubSpot, ensuring that every interaction is tracked and that you are consistently hitting your conversion and activity goals.

What you'll bring

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently in a remote environment and has a strong drive to succeed. To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound prospecting, ideally within a B2B setting.
• Proficiency with essential sales tools, including HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the confidence to engage effectively with stakeholders across US time zones.
• A disciplined approach to time management and a track record of meeting performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
