We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. Our company focuses on supporting a global sales organization, and we rely on our team to drive growth through proactive outreach and strategic lead management.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through consistent prospecting via phone and email.
- Execute 60 to 80 calls or emails every day to secure qualified meetings.
- Maintain high activity levels to meet or exceed our outbound performance goals.
- Manage lead follow-up from marketing programs, sales campaigns, and targeted account research.
- Track your progress and generate regular reports using Salesforce and various sales automation platforms.
- Collaborate closely with our management and territory sales teams to build strong professional relationships.
Must-haves
- Proven ability to perform effective cold calling and lead generation.
- Experience using Salesforce and other sales automation software.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- A dedicated approach to prospecting and professional follow-up.
- The ability to work on-site and support a worldwide sales operation.
