Role at a glance
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a junior-level position perfect for someone eager to make a significant impact while working from anywhere in the world.
Your impact
- Lead Generation: You will proactively research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers across various channels to build a robust pipeline.
- Prospecting: You will drive our outbound efforts through cold calling, email, and social media to qualify leads and secure meetings for our account executives.
- Relationship Building: You will engage with potential clients to understand their specific needs and effectively communicate how our solutions can transform their operations.
What you'll need
- At least 1 year of experience in an SDR role, ideally with a background in selling automation, healthcare, or IT solutions.
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding your sales quotas.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills to clearly explain complex concepts.
- Technical proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and modern sales engagement tools.
