Chili Piper is a B2B SaaS company dedicated to helping go-to-market teams convert inbound leads into qualified meetings instantly. Responsibilities

  • Identify high-potential businesses and execute outbound strategies to generate new opportunities.
  • Develop and lead outbound campaigns from initial concept through to securing qualified meetings.
  • Launch and test new lead generation channels to determine the best methods for scaling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help build the foundation of our sales organization.
  • Engage prospects confidently through cold calling and outreach efforts.
  • Set and achieve monthly objectives and key results in partnership with your manager.
  • Become a product expert and maintain consistent activity levels to drive pipeline growth.

Must-haves

  • At least one year of experience in sales, ideally within a technology or B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment.
  • A self-starter attitude with a high level of motivation and creativity.
  • An active and engaged professional presence on LinkedIn.
  • A strong interest in technology and product-led growth.
