About the Role

We are hiring for a Sales Department Assistant to join us in a full-time capacity. This is a junior-level position designed for someone who is eager to learn the ropes of sales administration. You will play a vital role in keeping our daily operations efficient by managing documentation, supporting our sales managers, and ensuring that our administrative processes are handled with care and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update information within our CRM system and other internal software tools to ensure our data remains accurate.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to our sales managers, which includes preparing invoices, drafting reports in Excel, and tracking the status of payments and document signatures.
• Create professional presentations for the company and assist with visual content, such as selecting images for our product catalogs.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable working with office software and have a strong sense of responsibility. We value candidates who are organized and capable of managing multiple tasks at once. Specifically, you should possess the following:

• Proficiency in Excel and experience working with CRM systems.
• Strong skills in document management, including the ability to track deadlines and process paperwork efficiently.
• The ability to create clear and engaging presentations.
• Fluency in both English and Russian.
• A proactive approach to completing tasks assigned by the head of the sales department.
