Sales Consultant at LifeLabs Learning

LifeLabs Learning is the source for instantly useful, delightfully unusual, science-backed training for managers and teams. We are a diverse group of experts dedicated to teaching Tipping Point Skills, such as feedback, coaching, and inclusion, to help organizations build high-performing cultures faster. We are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding organizations through the entire sales lifecycle, from initial engagement to long-term partnership.

What you'll be doing

• Drive end-to-end sales by proactively managing your own pipeline, utilizing tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and Gong to identify new business opportunities and meet your quarterly and annual targets.
• Manage and expand client portfolios through a consultative, diagnostic approach, ensuring you provide thoughtful solutions that lead to successful initial bookings, renewals, and long-term growth.
• Deliver professional excellence by maintaining clear communication, leading impactful meetings, and representing our brand with energy and authority across all client interactions.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in consultative sales and a passion for learning and development. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of overall sales experience, with a minimum of 1 year focused on B2B sales.
• Proven experience selling to executive-level stakeholders, such as Directors and above.
• A clear, demonstrable track record of success and the ability to articulate your own effective sales methodology.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience selling to HR or L&D leaders, or those with a background in the L&D industry.
• Fluency in English.

What you'll get

The OTE compensation for this position is $120,000 to $130,000. In addition to your salary, you will receive the following benefits:
