The role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, meaning you can work from anywhere in the world. We need someone with significant experience who can take ownership of the sales process and help us maintain our high standards of service.

Core responsibilities

• Serve as a primary mediator between students and property management groups to ensure clear and effective communication.
• Engage with prospective tenants via phone, email, and WhatsApp to understand their needs and recommend properties from our database that match their specific preferences.
• Manage daily interactions with property management teams to resolve queries and keep the leasing process moving forward smoothly.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should be a strong communicator who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. We require the following skills and qualifications:

• Expertise in sales, customer service, and deal closing.
• Exceptional communication skills, specifically using WhatsApp and email.
• Fluency in English is required to effectively support our diverse student base.
• A proven track record of managing client relationships and navigating complex paperwork.
