What is this role?
We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join us on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a junior-level position perfect for someone eager to support our sales operations and contribute to our high standards of service. You will play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive the attention and care they expect from the Audi brand.
What will you do?
- You will assist our Sales Consultants by preparing vehicles for test drives and helping manage guest appointments.
- You will engage directly with our guests by clearly and warmly demonstrating the various features and technologies found in our vehicles.
- You will handle the logistics of vehicle delivery, which includes staging and inspecting cars, reviewing checklists with guests, and following up after the sale to ensure complete satisfaction.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable communicating in English and possess a strong commitment to excellent customer service. Because you will be interacting with our inventory regularly, you must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. While previous experience in a similar role is helpful, we are primarily looking for someone who is organized, friendly, and ready to learn.
