We are currently looking for a dedicated Senior Sales Assistant to join our team in the Netherlands. Key outcomes
- Provide comprehensive support to our account managers to ensure the successful execution of sales activities.
- Maintain precise administration for sales orders, including the preparation of quotes and the accurate entry of customer data.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders and product specifications via phone and digital channels.
- Foster strong internal relationships through proactive communication and collaboration with various departments.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in a similar sales support or administrative role.
- An HBO level of education or equivalent working ability.
- Fluency in both Dutch and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Strong technical proficiency in Excel and experience managing data within professional systems.
- A structured approach to work with the ability to set priorities and solve problems independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Proficiency in German and French is considered a significant advantage.
