About the Role
We are hiring a Sales Assistant for a full-time, on-site position. You will serve as a vital part of our sales operations, balancing administrative tasks, showroom management, and creative marketing support. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety and wants to play an active role in shaping the customer journey within our luxury showroom. You will be expected to work Monday through Friday, from 10am to 7pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily showroom operations, which includes handling inventory, maintaining supply areas, and ensuring our point-of-sale systems run smoothly.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and publish content for our regional social media channels.
- Deliver exceptional hospitality by coordinating client appointments, managing inquiries, and creating personalized experiences that reflect the Wristcheck brand.
- Maintain accurate client records and interaction history using our proprietary CRM platform to ensure every customer receives tailored service.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Between 1 and 3 years of professional experience in luxury sales, operations, or administrative support.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for working within a close-knit, collaborative team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Cantonese. Fluency in Mandarin is considered a significant advantage.
- A willingness to learn, as we provide comprehensive training on our products and processes.
Location
This position is based at our showroom in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong.
