The role

We are searching for a proactive Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a mid-level position designed for an organized professional who thrives in a dynamic, high-tech environment. You will serve as a vital link between our sales and marketing departments, ensuring our operations run smoothly while providing an excellent experience for our customers.

Core responsibilities

• Manage our sales inbox and serve as the primary point of contact for new customer inquiries, eventually taking on lead qualification duties.
• Oversee the logistics for trade shows, conferences, and client meetings, including travel arrangements and post-event data processing.
• Act as the super admin for our CRM system to ensure data accuracy, maintain process efficiency, and generate regular performance reports.

Skills and experience

• An HBO-level education or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar support-oriented role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing, including social media and email marketing platforms.
• Fluent command of English, with professional proficiency in Dutch considered a significant advantage.
• A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, technical setting.
• You must currently reside in the Netherlands to be considered for this on-site role.
