The role
We are seeking a Sales and Client Enablement Manager to join our marketing and communications team. This is a full-time, remote position suited for a professional with management-level experience. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and client retention by crafting the strategic messages and tools our teams need to succeed.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and refine a comprehensive toolkit of sales collateral, go-to-market messaging, and customized content to support new business and revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with sales and client services teams to ensure all materials are relevant, impactful, and aligned with current industry trends.
- Manage end-to-end projects, including the creation of email campaigns, high-stakes PowerPoint presentations, and materials for webinars and prospecting events.
Skills and experience
- At least 5 years of experience in sales enablement or marketing, combined with 3 to 5 years of experience in sales management.
- Proven expertise in benefits administration and a strong background in B2B communications.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, and familiarity with tools like Seismic, Monday.com, and Zoom.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, professional content and deliver effective presentations.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
Compensation and benefits
The base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $98,000. Your final offer will be determined based on your unique skills, geographic location, education, and experience, while maintaining internal pay equity. In addition to base compensation, we offer the following perks:
