The opportunity

We are looking for a Sales Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the voice of Branch, helping prospective members understand their insurance options and securing the right coverage for their unique lives. You will work in a fast-paced, high-performing environment where our advanced technology handles the heavy lifting of data gathering, allowing you to focus on building genuine relationships. This is a chance to help scale a business from the ground up while making a tangible impact in the insurtech industry.

A day in the life

• Engage with potential members through both inbound and outbound calls to discuss their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Guide clients through various carrier quoting options to ensure they receive the best possible coverage at a competitive price.
• Manage a dynamic lead pipeline by proactively following up with prospects and providing feedback to help us refine our sales processes.

Who you are

You are a tech-savvy professional who thrives in a remote environment and is passionate about helping people manage the risks of everyday life. You communicate clearly and professionally, and you enjoy being part of a collaborative team.

• You hold a current license in Property and Casualty Insurance and bring 2 to 4 years of experience in insurance sales.
• You are comfortable navigating multiple systems simultaneously and have experience with multi-carrier quoting.
• You are authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• You are located in one of our preferred states, including Ohio, AZ, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NV, NJ, NC, ND, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, or WI.
