TopsBpo is currently looking for a dedicated and analytical professional to lead our Trucking Safety Department. As a company that values operational excellence, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and regulatory adherence. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ortigas, and the successful candidate will work the night shift to align with United States business hours.
Key outcomes
- Act as our primary subject matter expert regarding occupational health and safety protocols.
- Cultivate and maintain a strong, consistent safety culture across the entire organization.
- Manage and ensure the successful outcome of all safety and compliance audits.
- Leverage safety technology and data analytics to identify trends, prevent accidents, and implement effective risk-reduction strategies.
- Create and monitor performance metrics to track progress, identify potential issues, and ensure organizational accountability.
- Keep all safety orientation materials, training manuals, and internal procedures up to date, while developing new programs as needed.
- Oversee disciplinary processes for safety-related infractions, which may include remedial training, suspensions, or terminations.
- Provide expert input and final approval on all driver applications.
- Administer and manage our comprehensive drug and alcohol testing program.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of direct experience in safety management.
- Strong proficiency in English to effectively manage communications and documentation.
- Expertise in regulatory compliance, human resources, and safety training.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities and interpersonal skills to lead the department effectively.
