About the Role
We are searching for a SaaS Systems Operations Specialist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the various SaaS platforms that drive our daily operations. You will act as the bridge between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that our internal systems are integrated, scalable, and performing at their best.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the configuration and optimization of our CRM and Business Operations tools to ensure they meet our evolving needs.
- Maintain robust integrations and data flows to guarantee data accuracy, system scalability, and full compliance.
- Create and manage automation scripts that streamline workflows and enhance overall system performance.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you should have a solid foundation in system operations and a passion for technology. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience in CRM or system operations.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell.
- Practical experience working with SaaS platforms, CRM tools, and automation solutions.
- A strong understanding of APIs, database management, and system architecture.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.
- Fluency in English.
Location
This position is based in Vienna, Austria, and offers a hybrid work model to provide flexibility.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual gross minimum salary for this position is EUR 54.000, which includes comprehensive health, pension, and unemployment insurance under Austrian law. Please note that your actual compensation may be significantly higher based on your individual experience and qualifications.
