We are Silver.dev, and we are currently preparing for our next venture round. As a profitable seed-stage startup, we are focused on building an AI-assisted version of our product to drive significant productivity gains and fuel our exponential growth. We are looking for a passionate leader to help us reach that next level.
What is this role?
We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer to join us on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position that is fully remote, and we are happy to consider candidates based anywhere in Argentina. You will serve as the technical heart of our organization, taking ownership of our product evolution and engineering culture.
What will you do?
- Define our technical vision and lead all aspects of our development strategy to ensure we are positioned for long-term growth.
- Direct the creation and iteration of our core product, balancing the need for speed with high standards of quality.
- Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team while maintaining a hands-on approach to coding and troubleshooting critical issues as we scale.

To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record as a senior engineering leader within the U.S. startup ecosystem. We value candidates who possess the following:
- Extensive experience in hands-on development and a deep familiarity with modern tech stacks.
- A demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor, and lead technical teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong organizational skills and the agility required to thrive in a seed-stage company.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS or working within top-tier startups is considered a significant plus.
