We are searching for a Senior Rust Backend Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will focus on building performant, large-scale message delivery systems. A day in the life
- You will write and deploy high-quality production code within a fast-moving development cycle.

- You will develop new features while keeping a constant focus on improving the developer experience.
Who you are
You are a passionate engineer who takes pride in your craft. You have professional experience building production services using Rust. We value clear communication and the ability to work well with others. If you have experience working in high-scale or high-availability environments, that is a significant plus. We welcome candidates from varied backgrounds, including those with a history of contributing to open-source projects. You must be fluent in English to collaborate effectively with our team.
