The role
We are looking for a Rural Worker to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position perfect for a junior level candidate who is eager to contribute to our daily agricultural operations. You will work directly on the land, playing an essential role in our production cycle and ensuring that our compliance and quality standards are met every single day.

- Perform essential agricultural tasks including soil preparation, weeding, planting, and harvesting.
