Role at a glance
We are looking for a Junior Ruby on Rails Developer to join us on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, meaning you can contribute from anywhere in the world. You will work alongside our technical team to build and maintain robust applications using a modern stack.
Your impact
- Take ownership of end-to-end features, working across the entire stack to deliver complete solutions.
- Contribute to our modular architecture by utilizing tools like packwerk to isolate application domains.
- Ensure high code quality and system reliability by writing comprehensive tests with RSpec.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should be comfortable working with the following technologies and have a strong desire to learn. Proficiency in English is required for team communication.
- Ruby on Rails development experience.
- Experience with backend technologies including PostgreSQL, Redis, Sidekiq, Grape, and Swagger.
- Familiarity or interest in our front-end stack, which includes Hotwire (Turbo and Stimulus), view_components, and TailwindCSS.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to function as a full-stack engineer.
