What you bring
In this full-time, remote role, you will take ownership of features from start to finish. You will work with a modern technology stack including Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Sidekiq. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining robust API services using Grape and Swagger.
- Ensuring high code quality and system reliability by writing comprehensive tests with RSpec.
- Contributing to our front-end evolution by implementing Hotwire and Tailwind CSS.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable working across the entire stack. You should have a strong grasp of Ruby on Rails and experience with our core tools like PostgreSQL and Redis. Since we are transitioning our front-end, familiarity with Hotwire and Tailwind CSS is highly valued. You must be proficient in both English and Portuguese to communicate effectively within our team. We value developers who are proactive, eager to learn, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
