We are looking for a dedicated Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. Our company specializes in creating innovative software solutions for the human resources sector, and we are eager to find a talented engineer who can help us build and scale our platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust applications using Ruby on Rails and React.
- Optimize database performance by refining queries and improving server response times.
- Proactively identify and resolve system bottlenecks, bugs, and API issues.
- Manage data structures and background processing using Redis and Sidekiq.
- Ensure high-quality code standards while working with MySQL or Postgres databases.
Must-haves
- At least 2 years of professional experience working with Ruby on Rails, React, MySQL, Postgres, Redis, and Sidekiq.
- Strong grasp of fundamental computer science concepts, including algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming.
- Solid proficiency in front-end web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
