We are looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails Backend Developer to join our team in a remote capacity. Our company specializes in building high-scale cloud services, and we need an engineer who is passionate about optimization and automation to help us grow.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain robust backend systems using Ruby on Rails.
Identify bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve system performance.
Automate repetitive tasks to increase team efficiency.
Develop reusable code components and share them with the rest of the engineering team.
Collaborate closely with team members to solve complex technical challenges.
Stay current with new technologies, design patterns, and industry paradigms.

Must-haves

At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
