What you'll be doing

• You will lead the integration of mechanical and electronic systems into our vehicles to ensure seamless performance.
• You will manage the technical execution of our hardware development roadmap while designing the next generation of our electronic and mechanical systems.
• You will work directly with our technicians to troubleshoot production challenges and oversee the management of engineering requirements.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this senior role, you should be deeply grounded in core engineering principles. We are looking for someone with extensive experience in robotics, autonomous systems, and hardware development. You should be comfortable with electrical engineering, system design, and production management. Because this position reports directly to our CTO and involves safety-critical automotive electronics, you will need to demonstrate strong technical leadership and the ability to manage complex integration projects. Proficiency in English is required for this position.
