At Bellwether, we believe that solving complex business challenges requires more than just data. It requires a dedicated team that understands how to build lasting enterprise value through true partnership. We are a global advisory firm managing over $40 billion in assets, spanning a diverse range of real estate and corporate platforms across North America, Europe, and Asia. From our offices in cities like Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, and Dallas, we combine deep industry expertise with advanced analytical talent to support our clients through every stage of the business lifecycle. We are looking for a new team member who shares our commitment to excellence and wants to help us navigate the evolving landscape of risk.
The opportunity
We are looking for a Risk Management Analyst to join our growing team. This role is a fantastic chance to gain broad exposure to the complexities of real estate and construction risks. You will play a vital part in protecting our firm and our clients by managing insurance programs for our private equity and debt portfolios. You will work closely with our internal teams and external brokers to ensure that our risk management culture remains strong, proactive, and effective across our entire enterprise.
A day in the life
- You will coordinate our risk management programs across our corporate platform and a diverse portfolio of real estate investments, ensuring all policies and endorsements are tracked accurately.
- You will act as a key point of contact for our broker relationships and assist in evaluating insurance quotes for new property acquisitions.
- You will support our clients by managing the filing and tracking of insurance claims while maintaining a sharp eye for detail in all documentation.
Who you are
You are a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You have a solid grasp of insurance principles and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat. To be successful in this role, you should bring the following:
- A bachelor's degree and 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong analytical skills and a natural ability to organize complex information.
- Fluency in English and the legal right to work in the United States.
- A proactive mindset that allows you to adapt to changing assignments and team needs.
Why you'll love it here
We value the balance between professional dedication and personal flexibility. We offer a hybrid work environment that allows our team members to collaborate effectively while maintaining the flexibility they need to succeed. You will be joining a privately held firm that prioritizes growth, partnership, and a supportive culture where your contributions directly impact our global operations.
