The role

We are seeking a Senior RF Engineer to join our national network deployment team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, allowing you to contribute to our mission from anywhere. We are looking for someone with at least three years of professional experience in network design, system performance, and the daily operations of GSM, UMTS, LTE, and 5G radio networks.

Core responsibilities

• You will conduct advanced monitoring and analysis of radio network Key Performance Indicators to ensure optimal service quality.
• You will serve as a subject matter expert, collaborating with our operations team to troubleshoot site issues and resolve equipment faults.
• You will apply core RF engineering principles to design, test, and validate new feature plans, while also participating in the development of internal processes for radio network design.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in telecommunications engineering. We value candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with GSM, UMTS, LTE, and 5G technologies.
• Proficiency in applying RF engineering principles to improve network coverage, capacity, and performance.
• Experience in collecting and reviewing drive test data to inform network improvements.
• Strong communication skills in English, as you will be working closely with other engineers and technical staff.
• Ability to update fault databases and participate in regulatory and zoning compliance discussions.
