You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our people feel valued while keeping our business practices compliant and efficient on a global scale.
Role at a glance
This is a Senior level Full Time position based on-site in the Isle of Man. You will take ownership of our worldwide rewards framework, working closely with various international teams to refine our compensation and benefits landscape.
Your impact
- You will design and oversee our global rewards strategy, managing everything from salary structures and pay grades to long-term incentive plans and equity administration.
- You will serve as the primary expert on compliance and policy, ensuring our programs meet local legislative requirements across all our operating countries while providing accurate reporting to our payroll teams.
- You will drive continuous improvement by building data-driven reporting tools, managing relationships with external benchmarking providers, and creating clear communication strategies to help our employees understand their total rewards.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you should have a deep background in Human Resources and Management with a specific focus on Equity Administration and Benefits Management. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex Compliance and Reporting tasks. Excellent Communication skills in English are essential, as you will be collaborating across multiple international locations to align our rewards philosophy with our broader business objectives.
