RevOps Engineer at Solo.io, Inc.

Solo is a VC-backed company founded in 2017 by Idit Levine that enables organizations to connect, secure, and observe modern applications through our industry-leading API and Service Mesh Management Platform, Gloo. Since reaching a valuation of $1 billion in 2021, we have continued to support some of the world's largest enterprises across every major industry. We are currently seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will serve as the technical backbone of our go-to-market systems, working at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and software development to ensure our revenue data remains accurate and actionable across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and optimize robust data pipelines that power our revenue and customer analytics while ensuring data integrity across platforms like Salesforce and Marketo.
• Develop and manage complex analytical models using dbt to transform core business datasets into reliable, reusable insights for stakeholders.
• Take full ownership of end-to-end technical projects, ranging from API testing and terminal-based debugging to configuring data syncs through tools like BigQuery, Fivetran, and Airbyte.

Requirements

• Possess 1 to 4 years of professional experience within Revenue Operations, Analytics Engineering, or Data Engineering.
• Demonstrate a strong command of SQL and a deep understanding of relational data modeling.
• Show proven hands-on experience working with a modern analytics stack, specifically BigQuery and dbt.
• Exhibit the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments where you can independently define problems, propose innovative solutions, and clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical partners.
• Maintain authorization to work in the United States, as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
