Revenue Operations Specialist at Medrio

At Medrio we build the technology that makes clinical trials faster, smarter, and more human, and we are looking for a hands-on Revenue Operations Specialist to keep our global commercial teams running smoothly.

What you bring

We need a senior-level Revenue Operations Specialist who will join us full time in a fully remote role supporting teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and GTM leadership. In this position you will serve as the day-to-day expert on reporting, data integrity, and process improvements while working with tools such as Salesforce, Apollo, SalesLoft, Outreach, Gong, and Clari. Three core responsibilities stand out: building and maintaining recurring pipeline and forecasting reports, owning sales compensation administration from commission calculations to rep inquiries, and driving adoption of AI-assisted workflows that speed up prospecting and enrichment tasks. The role is open to candidates located anywhere.

Requirements

You bring strong hands-on Salesforce experience, including the ability to configure reports, dashboards, workflows, and fields, and you are comfortable turning large data sets into clear recommendations for leadership. Advanced spreadsheet skills in Excel or Google Sheets, a solid grasp of how data flows across the B2B SaaS tech stack, and curiosity about applying AI tools to everyday operations are essential. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience plus two to four years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role provide the foundation we seek. Beyond technical ability, the ideal candidate is highly organized, takes ownership of recurring processes, communicates clearly, and thrives when priorities shift quickly in a fast-paced environment. English fluency is required, and a Salesforce Administrator certification is strongly preferred.

What we offer

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000 USD.
