The role

We are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a high-impact position where you will take ownership of our RevOps function from the ground up, working closely with our VP of Sales to solve complex challenges across our systems, data, and people. This role offers a clear career path toward becoming our Head of RevOps.

Core responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of our HubSpot environment, including managing architecture, system integrations, workflow automation, and maintaining high data hygiene.
  • Build and maintain end-to-end visibility of our sales funnel, from initial lead generation through to final close, while managing forecasting and pipeline reviews.
  • Enable our sales team by refining our ideal customer profile, evolving our sales playbooks, and introducing AI-driven tools to improve prospecting and research.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience working in a dedicated Revenue Operations or Sales Operations role.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise with HubSpot, preferably within the Sales Enterprise environment.
  • A proven track record of using data-driven insights to improve conversion rates.
  • Experience supporting B2B SaaS sales teams consisting of 10 or more representatives.
  • Strong written English skills, as you will be responsible for creating documentation, battlecards, and sales enablement materials.
  • Bonus points if you have a background in procurement, finance, or ERP-related products, or experience with mid-market and enterprise sales cycles.
