At Disguise, we sit at the heart of the world's most inspiring live and virtual experiences. We lead the market by building the software and hardware solutions that design, sequence, and control spectacular productions for film, television, broadcast, and corporate events. By partnering with global icons like Netflix, Disney, and Adele, we deliver the next dimension of entertainment. We are now looking for a talented professional to join our operations team in London and help us continue this journey of innovation.
What is this role?
We are searching for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to join us on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in our London office where you will report directly to the VP of Commercial Operations. You will own the revenue operations vertical, acting as a strategic partner to our internal teams. Your goal is to drive revenue growth and improve profitability by translating high-level strategy into actionable changes across our go-to-market functions.
What will you do?
- Lead our revenue operations function by overseeing sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and the execution of sales strategies.
- Manage and optimize our core technology stack, including Salesforce, Pardot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Clari.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to lead deal desk operations and ensure seamless workflows across the organization.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have at least three years of experience in a revenue operations or similar function, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You must be a strong communicator who can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership. We are looking for someone with:
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and other business systems.
- A deep understanding of go-to-market strategies and sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail regarding data integrity and system governance.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders across various levels of the organization and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English.
What's in it for you?
We are committed to supporting our team members both personally and professionally. When you join Disguise, you will have access to the following benefits:
- Unlimited paid time off, with a minimum requirement to take time off set at 20% above statutory levels.
- Hybrid work arrangements that balance time between home and our office.
- Comprehensive mental wellness support, including an employee assistance program and a subscription to the Calm app.
- Opportunities for professional development through dedicated training, coaching, and mentoring.
