What you bring
As our first mid-level Revenue Operations Manager, you will be the bridge between our Go to Market functions, ensuring our systems, processes, and data are perfectly aligned to drive growth. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Australia where you will work closely with our Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Experience teams to optimize our operational efficiency. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive view of the customer lifecycle by integrating data from multiple sources.
- Managing and optimizing our HubSpot environment to track interactions and streamline communication across the organization.
- Identifying process bottlenecks and implementing improvements that remove friction for our teams.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who brings 2 to 3 years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Marketing Operations. You should be a HubSpot expert who feels comfortable automating tasks and integrating platforms. We value individuals who possess strong data analysis skills and the ability to turn complex information into actionable insights. You should be a collaborative partner who excels at managing stakeholder relationships and communicating clearly across departments. While not required, experience with Product Led Growth models and data governance practices would be a significant advantage.
