We are Dragonboat, a B2B software company that helps product and engineering teams align priorities, manage roadmaps, and deliver outcomes at scale. Our platform is trusted by enterprise organizations seeking structured yet agile ways to connect strategy with execution. We are now expanding our lean marketing function and are looking for a Revenue Marketing Lead who will take full ownership of pipeline generation from strategy through execution.

Key outcomes

  • Own end-to-end creation of qualified pipeline across inbound and outbound-assisted channels, ensuring every program is measured by revenue impact rather than volume of leads.
  • Translate Dragonboat’s enterprise positioning into targeted campaigns, outbound narratives, and paid or organic programs that directly support the sales motion.
  • Design and run rapid, data-driven experiments across channels, audiences, and offers, then scale the approaches that demonstrably move pipeline.
  • Apply AI and modern marketing tools to increase personalization, accelerate content production, and automate workflows between marketing and sales.
  • Develop repeatable playbooks and systems that improve funnel conversion, strengthen sales-marketing handoffs, and create predictable revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience in revenue or demand-generation marketing within B2B environments, with a proven record of turning positioning into measurable pipeline.
  • Hands-on expertise in campaign execution, outbound marketing, account-based marketing, and marketing-automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort designing experiments, tracking performance metrics, and iterating based on results.
  • Proficiency using AI-powered tools to scale personalization and workflow efficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to craft clear narratives for technical and executive audiences.
  • Full-time remote role open to candidates located anywhere.
