We are currently looking for a talented individual to join us as a Retail Education & Training Specialist to help us craft the educational experiences that bring our products to life for our customers and retail partners.

About the Role

This is a senior-level, part-time, temporary position designed for a creative professional who excels at execution. You will play a vital role in our product education strategy by developing engaging materials and supporting our product launches. This role is highly hands-on, requiring you to balance strategic thinking with the tactical creation of design and educational assets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive product launch materials, including presentation decks, sell sheets, and educational one-pagers that effectively communicate our brand story.
• Create and maintain a wide array of training content, such as video scripts, shade matching guides, application techniques, and retailer-specific launch kits.
• Design and manage certification programs, including the creation of learning modules, assessments, and digital badges to ensure our retail partners are fully equipped to represent our products.

Requirements

• Possess 3 to 7 or more years of experience in product or retail education, ideally within the beauty industry.
• Demonstrate strong writing and content development abilities, with a proven talent for translating complex product details into clear, engaging information.
• Show proficiency in design and presentation tools, specifically Keynote, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.
• Maintain excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and a confident presentation style for both live and virtual training sessions.

Location

This position is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this role is $60,000 to $80,000 per year, or $30 to $40 per hour. In addition to the compensation, we offer the following benefits:
