The role
We are looking for a Reservations Agent to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United Kingdom. This is a junior-level position perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the high standards of our luxury restaurant group.
Core responsibilities
- Manage incoming reservation inquiries with a focus on providing exceptional service and maintaining our high standards of hospitality.
- Coordinate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations during busy service hours.
- Maintain meticulous records and demonstrate sharp attention to detail when handling guest bookings and special requests.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should possess a genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a friendly, welcoming demeanor. We require the following qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar role, ideally within a high-end or luxury restaurant setting.
- A strong command of the English language, with the ability to communicate confidently with guests and colleagues.

- Proof of your eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
