The role

We are looking for a Reservations Agent to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United Kingdom. This is a junior-level position perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the high standards of our luxury restaurant group.

Core responsibilities

• Manage incoming reservation inquiries with a focus on providing exceptional service and maintaining our high standards of hospitality.
• Coordinate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations during busy service hours.
• Maintain meticulous records and demonstrate sharp attention to detail when handling guest bookings and special requests.

Skills and experience
