About the Role
This is a Senior level, Full Time position that operates on a Remote basis. As a member of our research team, you will focus on developing generative models that empower creators and enterprises to produce, refine, and structure visual assets. You will have the freedom to pursue ambitious research goals and publish your findings while ensuring your work remains grounded in the real-world needs of professional designers and artists.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead original research initiatives in generative AI, specifically targeting professional creative workflows across video, 3D, and image modalities.
- Translate complex research insights into functional prototypes and model capabilities that directly influence our product roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers and designers to establish evaluation protocols and benchmarks that prioritize production quality and creative control.
Requirements
We are seeking a researcher with a deep technical background and a proven ability to innovate. You should have a PhD or equivalent research experience in a field such as Computer Science, Machine Learning, or Computer Graphics. You must be proficient in Python and PyTorch, with a strong track record of building and extending research systems.
Your expertise should include several of the following areas:
- Generative modeling using Transformers or Diffusion Models.
- Computer Vision and Computer Graphics techniques, including neural rendering or 3D asset generation.
- Multimodal representation learning and controllable generation.
- Experience publishing at top-tier academic venues like CVPR, SIGGRAPH, or NeurIPS.
