The opportunity

We are looking for a senior-level Research Scientist to lead our efforts in Generative AI Security. In this role, you will be at the cutting edge of the industry, working with advanced large language models and multimodal systems. You will bridge the gap between complex research and practical production solutions, helping us define a new category in the AI space. This is a full-time, remote position that offers you the autonomy to drive your own research while collaborating with a team of experts dedicated to building the secure AI systems the world needs.

A day in the life

• You will train and fine-tune large language models and multimodal AI systems specifically designed for security applications.
• You will conduct advanced research into AI safety, creating novel methods to defend against emerging threats in the landscape.
• You will build and maintain robust automation pipelines to streamline the way we evaluate, train, and deploy our models.

Who you are

You are a technical expert with a passion for pushing the boundaries of what is possible in AI. You thrive in the fast-paced environment of a startup and bring a rigorous, research-driven mindset to every project. Your background includes:

• An advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, with a PhD being strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in training and fine-tuning large language models and multimodal systems.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python, along with hands-on experience using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Deep expertise in Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, and distributed computing.
• A background in cybersecurity, MLOps, or cloud infrastructure is highly valued.
• Fluency in English to facilitate clear communication across our global, collaborative team.
