We partner with hundreds of Fortune 1000 companies, offering deep market intelligence and candidate insights that redefine how they approach recruiting, employer branding, and talent management. We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team and help us continue setting the standard for research and analytics in university recruiting.
What is this role?
We are seeking a Research Consultant to join our Custom Insights team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a mid-level position requiring approximately two years of relevant experience. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior-level stakeholders at major organizations, helping them navigate complex recruiting challenges through bespoke research and actionable data.
What will you do?
- Lead end-to-end research projects by defining client needs, designing tailored survey instruments, and managing project timelines from conception to final delivery.
- Serve as the primary research advisor for a portfolio of 8 to 10 employer partners, diagnosing their specific recruiting hurdles and providing strategic guidance rooted in our proprietary data.
- Distill complex quantitative and qualitative findings into clear, executive-ready narratives and recommendations that influence high-level talent acquisition decisions.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of analytical rigor and strong communication skills. We are looking for someone who can translate ambiguous problems into clear research designs and present findings with confidence. You should be fluent in English and demonstrate the following:
- At least 2 years of experience managing client engagements from start to finish.
- 3 or more years of experience conducting mixed-methods research, including survey design and data analysis.
- A proven ability to build advisory relationships with senior stakeholders and shape strategic narratives.
- Strong proficiency in research, consulting, data analysis, and executive presentation.
- A high level of comfort working in a remote environment while maintaining a sharp attention to detail.
What's in it for you?
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $80,000 to $92,500, depending on your experience. Our benefits package is designed to support your professional and personal well-being, including:
- Unlimited vacation time and monthly mental health days.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- A 401(k) retirement plan with up to 4% employer match.
- An annual $1,000 wellness stipend.
- Paid maternity and paternity leave.
- The flexibility of a remote-first work environment within the United States.
