We are now looking for a dedicated individual to join our industry-leading Research Services team in Phoenix.

The opportunity

As a Research Associate, you will play a vital role in turning complex economic and commercial real estate data into actionable insights. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will help our clients and sales agents make informed investment decisions. You will sit at the intersection of data analysis and storytelling, ensuring that the information we provide is not only accurate but also clear and professional. A day in the life

• You will interpret data from diverse sources to evaluate current economic environments and identify emerging commercial real estate trends.
• You will author detailed reports on market behavior, providing investors with the value-added insights they need to navigate the market.
• You will translate complex data sets into polished, professional presentations and documents that effectively communicate investment opportunities to our clients.

Who you are

You are a detail-oriented professional with a genuine passion for commercial real estate. You thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in your ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing accuracy. You communicate effectively in English and enjoy collaborating within a team setting to achieve common goals. Your background includes the following:

• A bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, or Business is preferred.
• At least one year of professional experience in business writing or commercial real estate analysis is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign, InCopy, or CRE industry applications like CoStar is considered a plus.
