The opportunity

We are looking for a Reporting Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will serve as a key architect of our business intelligence strategy, designing and maintaining the solutions that turn raw data into actionable insights. You will bridge the gap between complex technical data and the strategic needs of our departments, ensuring that our decision-making is always backed by accurate, high-quality information. This is a vital position that directly supports our ability to deliver on our promises to patients worldwide.

A day in the life

• You will design, publish, and manage interactive Power BI dashboards that provide clear visibility into our business performance.
• You will partner with stakeholders across the organization to translate their unique business requirements into efficient data models and visualizations.
• You will perform rigorous data validation and testing to ensure the integrity of our reporting solutions, while continuously optimizing them for better performance and usability.

Who you are

You are a mid-level professional with a passion for data and a commitment to excellence. You bring a strong analytical mindset and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse teams. Your background includes:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a reporting or data analyst role with deep expertise in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.
• A solid foundation in SQL, database management, and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English, with a collaborative spirit and an inclusive approach to working with global, cross-functional teams.
