We are looking for a dedicated Renovations Coordinator to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity within the United States. Our organization focuses on high-quality property improvements, and this senior-level role is essential for ensuring our renovation projects run smoothly from start to finish. You will act as a vital bridge between our sales and renovation departments, ensuring that every detail, price point, and deliverable is clearly communicated and executed to meet our standards.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between the sales and renovation teams to align on project specifics, pricing structures, and final deliverables.
- Manage and oversee daily project tasks while providing direct support to our Facilities Manager and Sales Director.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director and Move-In Coordinator to interface with prospective clients during large-scale unit renovation projects.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in project management and human resources. We are looking for someone who excels at the following:
- Advanced coordination skills to manage complex project timelines and documentation.
- Proficiency in reporting, including the ability to track project progress weekly and maintain accurate statistics.
- Excellent communication abilities to facilitate teamwork and client interactions.
- A highly organized and detail-oriented approach to maintaining calendars, invoices, and project records.
- The ability to document every phase of a project and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
