What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Remote Travel Coordinator to join us on a Full Time basis. In this role you will plan personalized trips, manage all booking details, and deliver outstanding service to travelers. You will work with clients across multiple regions and use your Sales experience to build lasting relationships. Three key responsibilities include creating custom itineraries that match each client’s preferences, handling end-to-end reservations for flights, hotels, and activities, and maintaining clear communication to keep every trip on track. This position is open to candidates located Anywhere, Australia, or Mexico.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings proven experience in customer service or sales, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease. You are comfortable working independently, solving problems quickly, and staying organized without close supervision. A positive, professional attitude and a goal-oriented mindset will help you thrive. You must be fluent in English, have reliable access to a computer or smartphone, and be eager to complete travel-industry training and earn relevant certifications.
