What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Financial Aid Administrator to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a senior-level position where you will report to the Director of Financial Aid. You will play a vital role in our department by managing the student financial aid process to ensure our operations run smoothly and effectively. Please note that this position is on-site and requires working during PST or MST hours.
What will you do?
- You will manage the processing of student aid verifications and disbursements while ensuring all packages align with current federal and state regulations.
- You will act as a primary point of contact for students and their families, providing them with clear information regarding aid packaging and VA benefits.
- You will maintain the integrity of our financial aid operations by conducting audits, running detailed reports, and assisting with the training and support of our staff members.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have at least three years of experience in financial aid. We prefer candidates who hold a Bachelor’s degree and have prior experience using CampusVue. You should be highly organized, capable of multitasking, and possess a sharp eye for detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is essential, as is a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service to our students.
