At Forta, we are dedicated to expanding access to high-quality autism support by combining compassionate care with advanced technology. We believe that by creating smart software and predictive algorithms, we can help clinicians work more effectively and provide families with the personalized care they deserve. We are currently looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for families, guiding them through the onboarding process for our Applied Behavior Analysis services and ensuring they feel supported from their very first interaction.
Responsibilities
- Act as the initial contact for prospective families by qualifying leads, explaining our Parent Training Program, and converting interest into active participation through dedicated one-on-one support.
- Manage the end-to-end enrollment process, which includes verifying medical documentation, confirming insurance details, and ensuring all paperwork is processed accurately within 48 hours.
- Maintain high standards of Salesforce hygiene and documentation integrity while conducting a high volume of sales and intake interactions via phone and video calls.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in relationship building and complex sales. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- A Bachelor's degree.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a direct sales or customer service role, with a preference for candidates who have worked within the healthcare sector.
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM as your primary tool for pipeline management.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to handle sensitive information with empathy and maintain HIPAA compliance.
- Availability to work either Tuesday through Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM PST, or Monday through Friday from 12 PM to 8 PM PST.
What we offer
We value our team members and strive to provide a comprehensive support system that promotes both professional success and personal well-being. Our benefits package includes:
- Unlimited vacation time to support your personal, sick, and mental health needs.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.
- A remote-first work environment, including a one-time stipend to help you set up or upgrade your home office.
